This cleanup was started in commit d40e0e08283a ("Sanitise includes across codebase"), but it only cleaned common files and drivers. This patch does the same to Arm platforms. Deepak Pandey	80d37c2872	plat/arm: Introduce the N1SDP. This patch adds support for the N1SDP (NeoVerse N1 System Development Platform). It is an initial port and additional features are expected to be added later.
