Konstantin Porotchkin 434e029ddd tools: add support for Marvell doimage 
Add Marvell "doimage" utility support.
The "doimage" utility allows to create flash images compatible
with Marvell BootROM image format. Additionally this tool
allows the flash image parsing and verification.
