Roberto Vargas 32aee8415d scmi: Optimize bakery locks when HW_ASSISTED_COHERENCY is enabled ... When HW_ASSISTED_COHERENCY is enabled we can use spinlocks instead of using the more complex and slower bakery algorithm.
