Pankaj Gupta 3598819357 nxp: cot using nxp internal and mbedtls 
Chain of trust(CoT) is enabled on NXP SoC in two ways:
- Using MbedTLS, parsing X509 Certificates.
- Using NXP internal method parsing CSF header
