rmdir: New builtin.

* gash/commands/rmdir.scm: New file.
* build-aux/build-guile.sh: Compile it.
* configure: Create script.
* gash/bournish-commands.scm (rmdir-command): New variable.
(%bournish-commands): Add it.
* gash/shell-utils.scm (rmdir-p): New function.
