HACKING, INSTALL, Makefile.am, configure.ac, guix.scm, tests/bootstrap/bash-without-bash.scm, tests/spec/Makefile.am, tests/spec/check-spec, tests/spec/oil.scm, tests/unit/*, tools/coverage.in: Replace all instances of the word 'geesh'.
