Andrius Štikonas	80de99fc73	Move setFlags function from CoreBackendPartition to CoreBackendPartitionTable. setFlags function now takes additional argument const Partition& partition. This allows us to completely remove CoreBackendPartition class. Remove getPartitionBySector and getExtendedPartitions.
