(make_string): Move from string.c. * include/mes/macros.h (MAKE_CHAR, MAKE_CONTINUATION, MAKE_MACRO, MAKE_NUMBER, MAKE_REF, MAKE_STRING0, MAKE_STRING_PORT): Remove macro.
