guix: Update packaging.

* build-aux/manifest.scm (string-append):
* guix/git/mes.scm (nyacc, git-file?): Remove.
(mescc-tools): Bump to 0.6.0.
(%source-dir): New variable.
(mes.git): Ues it.
* guix.scm: Rename from .guix.scm.
