To make software license auditing simpler, use SPDX[0] license
identifiers instead of duplicating the license text in every file.
NOTE: Files that have been imported by FreeBSD have not been modified.

This patch opens up the interfaces to read the chip's major/minor versions
for all Tegra drivers to use.

This patch adds support to identify the underlying platform
on which we are running. The currently supported platforms
are actual silicon and simulation platforms.
