Sandrine Bailleux ece6fd2dac Arm platforms: Rename PLAT_ARM_NS_IMAGE_OFFSET ... PLAT_ARM_NS_IMAGE_OFFSET is in fact not an offset relative to some base address, it is an absolute address.
