Ji Luo 4f8d5b018e feat(imx8/imx8m): switch to xlat_tables_v2
spd trusty requires memory dynamic mapping feature to be
enabled, so we have to use xlat table library v2 instead
of v1.

Scott Branden 4ce3e99a33 fix: libc: use long for 64-bit types on aarch64
Use long instead of long long on aarch64 for 64_t stdint types.
Introduce inttypes.h to properly support printf format specifiers for
fixed width types for such change.

Alexei Fedorov a6ea06f563 TF-A GICv3 driver: Introduce makefile
This patch moves all GICv3 driver files into new added
'gicv3.mk' makefile for the benefit of the generic driver
which can evolve in the future without affecting platforms.
The patch adds GICv3 driver configuration flags
'GICV3_IMPL', 'GICV3_IMPL_GIC600_MULTICHIP' and
'GICV3_OVERRIDE_DISTIF_PWR_OPS' described in
'GICv3 driver options' section of 'build-option.rst'
document.

NOTE: Platforms with GICv3 driver need to be modified to
include 'drivers/arm/gic/v3/gicv3.mk' in their makefiles.

Igor Opaniuk 98a69dfd4a plat: imx: imx8qm: apply clk/pinmux configuration for DEBUG_CONSOLE
Having DEBUG_CONSOLE enabled without enabling DEBUG_CONSOLE_A53
doesn't make sense (since UART pinmux/clock configuration is applied
for UART only when DEBUG_CONSOLE_A53 is enabled).

Enable DEBUG_CONSOLE_A53 if DEBUG_CONSOLE is enabled.

Igor Opaniuk fc1596b347 plat: imx: imx8qm: provide debug uart num as build param
This removes hardcoded iomux/clk/addr configuration for debug uart,
provides possibility (as a workaround, till that information isn't
provided via DT) to set this configuration during compile time via
IMX_DEBUG_UART build flag.

Usage:
$ make PLAT=imx8qm IMX_DEBUG_UART=1 bl31

Alexei Fedorov 6e19bd563d TF-A GICv3 driver: Separate GICD and GICR accessor functions
This patch provides separation of GICD, GICR accessor
functions and adds new macros for GICv3 registers access
as a preparation for GICv3.1 and GICv4 support.
NOTE: Platforms need to modify to include both
'gicdv3_helpers.c' and 'gicrv3_helpers.c' instead of the
single helper file previously.

Madhukar Pappireddy ca661a0092 Enable -Wredundant-decls warning check
This flag warns if anything is declared more than once in the same
scope, even in cases where multiple declaration is valid and changes
nothing.

Consequently, this patch also fixes the issues reported by this
flag. Consider the following two lines of code from two different source
files(bl_common.h and bl31_plat_setup.c):

IMPORT_SYM(uintptr_t, __RO_START__, BL_CODE_BASE);
IMPORT_SYM(unsigned long, __RO_START__, BL2_RO_BASE);

The IMPORT_SYM macro which actually imports a linker symbol as a C expression.
The macro defines the __RO_START__ as an extern variable twice, one for each
instance. __RO_START__ symbol is defined by the linker script to mark the start
of the Read-Only area of the memory map.

Essentially, the platform code redefines the linker symbol with a different
(relevant) name rather than using the standard symbol. A simple solution to
fix this issue in the platform code for redundant declarations warning is
to remove the second IMPORT_SYM and replace it with following assignment

static const unsigned long BL2_RO_BASE = BL_CODE_BASE;

Anson Huang 3a2b51993d imx: power optimization for i.mx8qm
Current implementation of i.MX8QM power management related
features does NOT optimize power number, all system resources
like CCI, DDR, and A cluster etc. are kept in STBY mode (powered
ON) when system suspend or CPU hotplug.

To lower the power number, OFF mode should be adopted for those
system resources whenever they can be OFF, A cluster will be OFF
if the CPUs in the cluster are all off line, DDR/MU/DB can be OFF
if system suspend, IRQ steer can be OFF if the wakeup source is
belonged to system controller partition, so wakeup source runtime
check is used to determine if IRQ steer can be OFF before system
suspend.

If resources are powered off for suspend, they should be restored
properly after system resume.

Anson Huang 025514ba80 imx: add imx8qm/imx8qx SRTC SIP runtime service support
On i.MX8QM/i.MX8QX with system controller inside, the SRTC is
managed by SCFW(system controller firmware) and some functions
like setting SRTC's time etc. can ONLY be requested from secure
world, so SIP runtime service is needed for such kind of operations,
this patch adds SRTC SIP runtime service support for i.MX8QM and
i.MX8QX.

Antonio Nino Diaz 09d40e0e08 Sanitise includes across codebase
Enforce full include path for includes. Deprecate old paths.

The following folders inside include/lib have been left unchanged:

- include/lib/cpus/${ARCH}
- include/lib/el3_runtime/${ARCH}

The reason for this change is that having a global namespace for
includes isn't a good idea. It defeats one of the advantages of having
folders and it introduces problems that are sometimes subtle (because
you may not know the header you are actually including if there are two
of them).

For example, this patch had to be created because two headers were
called the same way: e0ea0928d5 ("Fix gpio includes of mt8173 platform
to avoid collision."). More recently, this patch has had similar
problems: 46f9b2c3a2 ("drivers: add tzc380 support").

This problem was introduced in commit 4ecca33988 ("Move include and
source files to logical locations"). At that time, there weren't too
many headers so it wasn't a real issue. However, time has shown that
this creates problems.

Platforms that want to preserve the way they include headers may add the
removed paths to PLAT_INCLUDES, but this is discouraged.

Julius Werner 985ee0b7e8 drivers/console: Link console framework code by default
This patch makes the build system link the console framework code by
default, like it already does with other common libraries (e.g. cache
helpers). This should not make a difference in practice since TF is
linked with --gc-sections, so the linker will garbage collect all
functions and data that are not referenced by any other code. Thus, if a
platform doesn't want to include console code for size reasons and
doesn't make any references to console functions, the code will not be
included in the final binary.

To avoid compatibility issues with older platform ports, only make this
change for the MULTI_CONSOLE_API.

to use standard power state for CCI operations
