The Tegra memctrl driver sets up the TZDRAM fence during boot and
system suspend exit. This patch provides individual platforms with
handlers to perform platform specific steps, e.g. enable encryption,
save base/size to secure scratch registers.

This patch adds the driver to communicate with the BPMP firmware on Tegra
SoCs, starting Tegra186. BPMP firmware is responsible for clock enable/
disable requests, module resets among other things.
MRQ is short for Message ReQuest. This is the general purpose, multi channel
messaging protocol that is widely used to communicate with BPMP. This is further
divided into a common high level protocol and a peer-specific low level protocol.
The higher level protocol specifies the peer identification, channel definition
and allocation, message structure, message semantics and message dispatch process
whereas the lower level protocol defines actual message transfer implementation
details. Currently, BPMP supports two lower level protocols - Token Mail Operations
(TMO), IVC Mail Operations (IMO).
This driver implements the IMO protocol. IMO is implemented using the IVC (Inter-VM
Communication) protocol which is a lockless, shared memory messaging queue management
protocol.
The IVC peer is expected to perform the following as part of establishing a connection
with BPMP.
1. Initialize the channels with tegra_ivc_init() or its equivalent.
2. Reset the channel with tegra_ivc_channel_reset. The peer should also ensure that
BPMP is notified via the doorbell.
3. Poll until the channel connection is established [tegra_ivc_channel_notified() return
0]. Interrupt BPMP with doorbell each time after tegra_ivc_channel_notified() return
non zero.
The IPC driver currently supports reseting the GPCDMAand XUSB_PADCTL hardware blocks. In
future, more hardware blocks would be supported.

the EL3 and S-EL1 firmwares. To allow it to do that, a non-secure

tag:timestamp pair to the shared memory. The tegra platform code
then uses the `record` method to add timestamps.

Enforce full include path for includes. Deprecate old paths.
The following folders inside include/lib have been left unchanged:
- include/lib/cpus/${ARCH}
- include/lib/el3_runtime/${ARCH}
The reason for this change is that having a global namespace for
includes isn't a good idea. It defeats one of the advantages of having
folders and it introduces problems that are sometimes subtle (because
you may not know the header you are actually including if there are two
of them).
For example, this patch had to be created because two headers were
called the same way: e0ea0928d5 ("Fix gpio includes of mt8173 platform
to avoid collision."). More recently, this patch has had similar
problems: 46f9b2c3a2 ("drivers: add tzc380 support").
This problem was introduced in commit 4ecca33988 ("Move include and
source files to logical locations"). At that time, there weren't too
many headers so it wasn't a real issue. However, time has shown that
this creates problems.
Platforms that want to preserve the way they include headers may add the
removed paths to PLAT_INCLUDES, but this is discouraged.

The type `unsigned long` is 32 bit wide in AArch32, but 64 bit wide in
AArch64. This is inconsistent and that's why we avoid using it as per
the Coding Guidelines. This patch changes all `UL` occurrences to `U`
or `ULL` depending on the context so that the size of the constant is
clear.
This problem affected the macro `BIT(nr)`. As long as this macro is used
to fill fields of registers, that's not a problem, since all registers
are 32 bit wide in AArch32 and 64 bit wide in AArch64. However, if the
macro is used to fill the fields of a 64-bit integer, it won't be able
to set the upper 32 bits in AArch32.
By changing the type of this macro to `unsigned long long` the behaviour
is always the same regardless of the architecture, as this type is
64-bit wide in both cases.
Some Tegra platform files have been modified by this patch.

Assembler programmers are used to being able to define functions with a
specific aligment with a pattern like this:
.align X
myfunction:
However, this pattern is subtly broken when instead of a direct label
like 'myfunction:', you use the 'func myfunction' macro that's standard
in Trusted Firmware. Since the func macro declares a new section for the
function, the .align directive written above it actually applies to the
*previous* section in the assembly file, and the function it was
supposed to apply to is linked with default alignment.
An extreme case can be seen in Rockchip's plat_helpers.S which contains
this code:
[...]
endfunc plat_crash_console_putc
.align 16
func platform_cpu_warmboot
[...]
This assembles into the following plat_helpers.o:
Sections:
Idx Name Size [...] Algn
9 .text.plat_crash_console_putc 00010000 [...] 2**16
10 .text.platform_cpu_warmboot 00000080 [...] 2**3
As can be seen, the *previous* function actually got the alignment
constraint, and it is also 64KB big even though it contains only two
instructions, because the .align directive at the end of its section
forces the assembler to insert a giant sled of NOPs. The function we
actually wanted to align has the default constraint. This code only
works at all because the linker just happens to put the two functions
right behind each other when linking the final image, and since the end
of plat_crash_console_putc is aligned the start of platform_cpu_warmboot
will also be. But it still wastes almost 64KB of image space
unnecessarily, and it will break under certain circumstances (e.g. if
the plat_crash_console_putc function becomes unused and its section gets
garbage-collected out).
There's no real way to fix this with the existing func macro. Code like
func myfunc
.align X
happens to do the right thing, but is still not really correct code
(because the function label is inserted before the .align directive, so
the assembler is technically allowed to insert padding at the beginning
of the function which would then get executed as instructions if the
function was called). Therefore, this patch adds a new parameter with a
default value to the func macro that allows overriding its alignment.
Also fix up all existing instances of this dangerous antipattern.

The 'impl' variable is guarded by the symbol DEBUG, but used in an INFO
level print statement. INFO is defined based on LOG_LEVEL. Hence, builds
would fail when
- DEBUG=0 && LOG_LEVEL>=LOG_LEVEL_INFO with a variable used but not defined
- DEBUG=1 && LOG_LEVEL<LOG_LEVEL_INFO with a variable defined but not used
Fixing this by guarding impl with the same condition that guards INFO.

The video memory carveout has to be re-sized depending on the Video
content. This requires the NS world to send us new base/size values.
Before setting up the new region, we must zero out the previous memory
region, so that the video frames are not leaked to the outside world.
This patch adds the logic to zero out the previous memory carveout
region.

This patch adds support for fake system suspend (SC7).
This is a debug mode, to ensure that a different code path is
executed for cases like pre-silicon development, where a
full-fledged SC7 is not possible in early stages.
This particular patch ensures that, if fake system suspend is
enabled (denoted by tegra_fake_system_suspend variable
having a non-zero value), instead of calling WFI, a request
for a warm reset is made for starting the SC7 exit procedure.
This ensures that the code path of kernel->ATF and back to
kernel is executed without depending on other components
involved in SC7 code path.
Additionally, this patch also adds support for SMC call
from kernel, enabling fake system suspend mode.

During boot, USB3 and flash media (SDMMC/SATA) devices need access to
IRAM. Because these clients connect to the MC and do not have a direct
path to the IRAM, the MC implements AHB redirection during boot to allow
path to IRAM. In this mode, accesses to a programmed memory address aperture
are directed to the AHB bus, allowing access to the IRAM. The AHB aperture
is defined by the IRAM_BASE_LO and IRAM_BASE_HI registers, which are
initialized to disable this aperture. Once bootup is complete, we must
program IRAM base/top, thus disabling access to IRAM.
This patch provides functionality to disable this access. The tegra port
calls this new function before jumping to the non-secure world during
cold boot.

This patch adds a handler for FIQ interrupts triggered when
the CPU is in the NS world. The handler stores the NS world's
context along with ELR_EL3/SPSR_EL3.
The NS world driver issues an SMC initially to register it's
handler. The monitor firmware stores this handler address and
jumps to it when the FIQ interrupt fires. Upon entry into the
NS world the driver then issues another SMC to get the CPU
context when the FIQ fired. This allows the NS world driver to
determine the CPU state and call stack when the interrupt
fired. Generally, systems register watchdog interrupts as FIQs
which are then used to get the CPU state during hangs/crashes.

register for any FIQ interrupts themselves, but will definitely use

future BL31 would be running from the TZRAM for security and
performance reasons. The only downside to this solution is that
the TZRAM loses its state in System Suspend. So, we map the TZDRAM
carveout that the BL31 would use to save its state before entering
System Suspend.

This patch uses the Memory controller driver's handler to restore
its settings and moves the other chip specific code to their own
'pwr_domain_on_finish' handlers.

This patch enables the PSCI_EXTENDED_STATE_ID macro. Tegra platforms
have moved on to using the extended state ID for CPU_SUSPEND, where
the NS world passes the state ID and wakeup time as part of the
state ID field.

This patch introduces a function to secure the on-chip TZRAM memory. The
Tegra132 and Tegra210 chips do not have a compelling use case to lock the
TZRAM. The trusted OS owns the TZRAM aperture on these chips and so it
can take care of locking the aperture. This might not be true for future
chips and this patch makes the TZRAM programming flexible.

This patch enables the runtime console for all Tegra platforms
before exiting BL31. This would enable debug/error prints to be
always displayed on the UART console.

This patch introduces a power down handler which can be overriden
by SoCs to customise the power down process. The current SoCs do
not have a way of powering down the entire system as external PMIC
chips are involved in the process.
But future SoCs will have a way to power off the entire system
without talking to an external PMIC.

This patch implements a handler for common SiP calls. A weak
implementation for the SoC-specific handler has been provided
which can be overridden by SoCs to implement any custom SiP
calls.

The BL2 fills in the UART controller ID to be used as the normal as
well as the crash console on Tegra platforms. The controller ID to
UART controller base address mapping is handled by each Tegra SoC
the base addresses might change across Tegra chips.
This patch adds the handler to parse the platform params to get the
UART ID for the per-soc handlers.

This patch adds another member, tzdram_base, to the plat_params_from_bl2 struct
in order to store the TZDRAM carveout base address used to load the Trusted OS.
The monitor programs the memory controller with the TZDRAM base and size in order
to deny any accesses from the NS world.

"_v1". This is done to add a driver for the new Memory Controller
hardware (v2).

This patch checks that the pointers to BL3-3 and BL3-2 ep_info
structs are valid before accessing them. Add some INFO prints
in the BL3-1 setup path for early debugging purposes.

This patch modifies platform_get_core_pos() to use the Cluster ID
field as well to calculate the final index value. This helps the
system to store CPU data for multi-cluster configurations.
